Goat and lamb use packaged meat weight after cutting, excluding packaging. Veal and premium beef use hanging carcass weight. Your meat total is the displayed rate multiplied by the final applicable measured weight of your selected share. Final applicable weight, meat total and Minnesota delivery are confirmed before acceptance.
